Shipping Options
Free Shipping (Orders Over $39)
- Delivery Time: 5–12 business days
- Cost: Free on all orders, no minimum purchase required
Maximum delivery time: up to 20 business days
We are happy to offer free worldwide shipping to provide our customers with great value and a seamless shopping experience.
Fast Shipping
- Delivery Time: 2–5 business days
- Cost: Calculated at checkout
Fast Shipping is recommended if you need your order sooner, especially for gifts or special occasions.
Fast shipping may not be available in some countries and regions, or may not apply to certain products. If this is the case, we will contact you.
Order Processing Time
All orders require 1–2 business days for processing before shipment.
This includes order verification, customization, quality inspection, and packaging.
Processing time is not included in the estimated shipping time.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Loombry is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees once the order has shipped.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that:
- Your shipment may be subject to customs inspection
- Additional fees may be charged by your local customs authority
These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please note:
- Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update
- In some cases, free shipping may include limited or delayed tracking updates
Tracking Shows “No Information Available”
If your tracking number shows no updates:
- Please allow up to 3 business days for the carrier system to update
- If no updates appear after this period, contact us at hi@loombry.com
Lost or Missing Packages
Loombry is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.
Please carefully review your shipping information before placing your order.
If the error was made on our part, we will take full responsibility and arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Multiple Packages
For logistical reasons, items from the same order may sometimes be shipped in separate packages, even if combined shipping is selected.
In such cases, multiple tracking numbers may be provided.
