Every product is made to order with care and attention to detail. Our quality assurance policy begins on the date of delivery. Each item is thoroughly inspected by our quality control team before packaging and shipment to ensure it meets our standards.
We encourage customers to carefully review all product descriptions, personalization details, and uploaded images before placing an order, as all custom products are created specifically for each individual customer.

We guarantee that all products delivered by loombry.com meet the quality standards described on our website.
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, damage during shipping, or a production error, please contact us at hi@loombry.com. We are happy to offer a replacement or refund when the issue is verified.
All quality-related requests must be submitted within 99 days of delivery. For best assistance, please contact us as soon as the issue is discovered.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please follow the steps below:
- Email us at hi@loombry.com
- Include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue
- Our support team will review your request and respond within 48 hours
- Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost
For defective or damaged items, returns are not required unless specifically requested by our support team.
Non-Quality Returns (Custom & Personalized Items)
Because our products are custom-made and personalized, returns for non-quality reasons are accepted only under strict conditions.
To qualify for a non-quality return, all of the following must be met:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- All labels, markings, and seals must remain intact
- Original packaging must be complete and undamaged
- All accessories must be included and unused
If the above conditions are met, please contact our customer service team within 99 days of delivery.
Important Notice:
For non-quality returns of custom or personalized items, a 60% refund of the product price will be issued.
The remaining 40% is deducted as a customization and production fee.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs
- For quality-related issues: return shipping is not required, and loombry.com covers the cost of replacement or refund
- For non-quality returns: customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
Return & Refund Processing Time
- Please allow 2–3 weeks for returned items to be received and processed
- Once received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method
